SUPER MARIO: THE LOST DREAMS

How to patch:
1. Download a clean Super Mario 64 (U) [!] 8mb ROM, google will help you on this.
2. Download Flips (floating ips) from the link on the video description.
3. Run Flips, then click "apply patch" and select your 8mb rom and the .bps patch.
4. You're done! Enjoy!

How to run on PJ64:

Be sure to set "Default memory size" to 8mb
under ROM settings tab. Restart the emulator.

DAY ONE PATCH:
- Fixed Course 1 and 2 secret purple blocks warps not working properly.

UPDATE 1.1 (01/01/20):

- Fixed a mario-camera angle issue by reverting to the way it was in the original game.
- Hopefully fixed random crashes upon entering Course 2 (camera bug from above was causing it?).
- In the ghost house (Bowser1Course) secret star no longer kicks you out of the level.
- The mountain temple (Bowser2Course) secret star no longer kicks you out of the level.
- The nightmare realm (Bowser3Course) red coins star no longer kicks you out of the level.
- Rainbow road red coins star no longer kicks you out of the level.
- Rainbow road cannon doesn't require to be opened anymore.
- WingCap and VanishCap Courses red coins star no longer kicks you out of their levels.
- Corrected some typos.

UPDATE 1.2 (24/08/20):

- HOTFIX: B2 Big Red Switchblock not working properly.
- HOTFIX 2: Restored CRC.
- HOTFIX 3: Fixed crashes in B2 (too many objects).

- Fixed crashes on B1 and B2 fights.
- Added aglab2's camera patch.
- Main courses have been renamed to more simple/fitting names. Also gelato beach is gelato beach now
- C1 Fixed Panel Star only working on act 1 and 5.
- C1 reduced object count around chain chomp area to prevent crashes.
- C2 Fixed lakitu cam crash.
- C2 Added plenty of 10-coin boxes.
- C2 Purple box nos has a more clear hint.
- C2 Red small bridge leading to Greenswitch platforms room requires pressing the switch only on Act 1.
- Enemies that did drop 4 coins now drop 5 (Big goombas, Mr.I, etc.).
- C4 Act 1 star and checkpoint now is located before the Red coin bridge to avoid confusion.
- C4 Act 2 and 3 star number are swapped in order to collect reds first then climb to the next checkpoint.
- C4 Act 4 and 5 now starts right before the sanctuary.
- C4 Act 6 Spring room now has correct collision walls. Some springs were swapped to trampoulines.
- WC Cannon near the switch now has a more clear hint.
- B1 Secret "release trailer" star now has a more clear hint.
- B2 Platform ride has been made a lot faster.
- Rainbow Road, B2 and B3 now have checkpoints located at the middle of the stages. Red coins have been re-arranged to compensate: They are now located after the checkpoints.
- Rainbow Road pole area objects have been relocated.
- Rainbow Road Cannon now spawns looking to the pole area.
- B3 Boss: Darkness now doesn't completely cover the bombs and the arena is a bit more bright while the darkness lasts.
- B3 Boss: Shockwave attack is more visible while the darkness lasts.
- There is now a warp platform that leads directly to the final boss from inside castle at 50 stars.
- A LOT of rounded corners have been tweaked to be grabbable. (Most notably on B3 and C3).
- TTC Panels have been changed to Red Coins to make the star keep you in the level.
- CT now respawns mario in the stage, hopefully making the level a lot less punishing on dying.
